Four capabilities, arranged in a grid, because that is how capabilities are arranged.
Extraction
Obligation register
Clausemate reads every executed agreement and produces a structured register of what you have actually promised: renewal dates, notice periods, caps on liability, the indemnity you agreed to in 2019 and have thought about most days since. It arrives as a table, which is the format legal teams have been requesting since roughly 1994.
Negotiation
Autonomous redlining
Our agents negotiate directly with the counterparty's agents. For eleven hours neither side concedes anything. They then jointly produce a mutual non-disclosure agreement that no human requested, attach it to the wrong thread, and mark the matter closed.
Monitoring
Positional drift
Every standard template migrates away from itself, one accepted edit at a time. Clausemate tracks that migration and alerts you at the precise moment your template stops resembling anything you would have approved. Alerts are delivered at 4:50pm on Fridays, for operational reasons we have chosen not to examine.
Roadmap
Pre-cognitive risk
Clausemate identifies problematic clauses before they are drafted, by inferring them from the general mood of the deal team. This capability has not been built, tested, or seriously discussed, and appears here because the grid looked unbalanced with three.
